Another advantage is that the adjustment rubber can be removed and washed. In my case, I am interested in storing the detergent and the softener in a small closet in which the original containers do not enter and they meet expectations. For now, it's going great. If you are looking to store all the contents of the bottle of a washing machine detergent, you need a jar of greater capacity than the 1'8L but it is a very comfortable size to use.
